Ayudha Puja is kept on Vijayadashami, when the implements of one's livelihood — tools, machines, vehicles, instruments and books — are cleaned, decorated and worshipped before work resumes.
The pooja includes the sankalpam, Saraswati and Durga archana, and the blessing of the implements you name in your sankalpam.
