Bookings and payment

Services and items are booked and paid for online, in full, at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your booking is confirmed once the payment is received, and our team then contacts you on WhatsApp within 24 hours to confirm the details and muhurtham. General enquiries sent without choosing a service are free.

Pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and the exact amount is shown before you pay. For Graha Japam, the dakshina depends on the number of japams and whether daanam is included. For items shipped to you, the delivery charge is included in the amount shown at checkout.

Consultations, gemstones and Rudraksha are offered by MSAstrology on msastrology.com under its own terms and policies.

How services are performed

Services are performed online, and every update is shared as videos on your WhatsApp until completion. Rituals are scheduled on auspicious dates (muhurtham) wherever possible; to reschedule, contact us before the service begins.

Cancellations and refunds

• Services: you may cancel for a full refund at any time before the ritual or japam begins. Once it has begun, no refund is available.
• Items shipped to you: you may cancel for a full refund before the order is dispatched.
• Duplicate or failed payments: if you are charged more than once, or charged without a booking being created, the amount is always returned once verified.

Refunds are made to the original payment method; the time they take to reach you depends on Razorpay and your bank. To cancel, contact us with your booking reference on WhatsApp, by phone on +91 98662 17711, or at support@jatakaremedies.com.

Delivery

Items are delivered to addresses in India only. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your booking reference and photos of the item.

Accurate information

Astrological analysis depends on accurate birth details. You are responsible for providing correct information. Services requested on behalf of a minor must be requested by a parent or guardian.

Limitation of liability

Our services are spiritual in nature and provided without guarantee of any particular outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
