Requests and bookings

Submitting a request on our website does not create a confirmed booking or any payment obligation. A booking is confirmed only after our team has contacted you and agreed the service, date, mode and dakshina with you.

Pricing

Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are indicative. The final amount — including any additional samagri, gemstones, Rudraksha beads or courier charges — is confirmed with you before payment.

Scheduling and cancellation

Rituals are scheduled on auspicious dates (muhurta) wherever possible. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for each booking are shared with you at the time of confirmation.

Accurate information

Astrological analysis depends on accurate birth details. You are responsible for providing correct information. Services requested on behalf of a minor must be requested by a parent or guardian.

Limitation of liability

Our services are spiritual in nature and provided without guarantee of any particular outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
