About this remedy
The Moon governs the mind (manas), emotions, intuition and maternal energy. A weak or afflicted Moon is traditionally associated with mood swings, anxiety, restless sleep and emotional instability.
Chandra japam is recommended during the Moon's Mahadasha or Antardasha, when the Moon is placed in the 6th, 8th or 12th house, debilitated in Scorpio or afflicted by Saturn or Rahu. It is often performed on Mondays or full moon days, with offerings of milk, white flowers and rice.
Before booking, we recommend a consultation with Mrs. Madhavi Sharma, senior astrologer at MSAstrology. She studies your birth chart for graha doshas and advises the number of japams needed for each graha, and whether daanam or homam is necessary.

The amount depends on the number of japams and whether daanam is included. We recommend a consultation with MSAstrology first — the astrologer studies your chart and advises the japam count and whether daanam or homam is needed. We confirm the final dakshina with you before anything is performed.
