About this remedy
Mars governs courage, vitality, ambition and physical strength. When afflicted, it is traditionally associated with anger and conflict, accidents, property or legal disputes, and marital disharmony through Manglik Dosha.
Kuja japam is recommended during the Mahadasha or Antardasha of Mars, when Mars is placed in the 6th, 8th or 12th house or afflicted by Saturn or Rahu, and for Manglik Dosha before marriage. Complementary remedies include fasting on Tuesdays and worship of Hanuman or Kartikeya.
